cycle bottom is the time to strike
in terms of having a pipeline of projects, LRS and WR1 would be complementary. They'd focus on bringing LRS online first, then WR1 a year or two later.
Anybody trying to acquire WR1 would lowball shareholders first. I'd be mindblown if PLS made an offer of 2.50 unless we were back at the 1.20-1.40 level.
