Unfortunately, the sheer amount of capital that PMT will need to raise to get into production, together with the familiarity of its Spruiker-In-Chief, explains why the brokers are all over him. And that makes it difficult for them to be overtly positive about WR1, certainly unable to publish comparisons which would be unflattering to PMT.
It’s not an ideal situation, but hopefully we will be able to raise funds from a strategic on sufficiently favourable terms that our far more modest capex requirements do not prove unduly dilutive.
