When you contemplate finance. An LRS / WR1 outstanding capex , is a sure easier pill to swallow than what PMT are pushing.
Imagine they convince the equity holders/ Debt to pony up. What happens when they realize that there is a bottle neck on the amount of logistics they can run? Its a balloon that you have blown oversize and then it pops.
