lasttrader, pmt was class 4 heavy haul road constructed as mine access under forestry act, it can carry 100t. Its cost them 23mil for 21klm. Windfall have the same road in quebec, there are examples across the canada, but specifically this is under quebec forestry legislation - your costs are ridiculous considering you could read the pmt half yearly.
These roads are not maintained by Quebec, but rather the owner operators, that is why Stornoway managed the 90klm from 167 to processing facility. It would be six month build for winsome from renard to adina, winsome also has more than enough aggregate available to reduce costs to expedite the build.
I do find it interesting the subtle conversations and comments across social media now that its been put out there by pmt that they want the road. We should all work together etc. I'll believe that when pmt include adina with current information on it, deposit size etc. That was a freaken joke of a pea presentation and deliberate.
