i'm sure i heard 30m+ before and now that you mentioned the half yearly i went back to check
seems like the spend was 23.7m up till 31 mar 24
then they spent another 9.6m in the 3 months till 30 june 24
so all up 33m for 20km
maybe you get some efficiencies over a longer distance like 80km but i think they still have to spend more money on the road later to get it to a proper haul road standard
