Except the strategic who wants to guarantee their supply lines in a tier 1 western jurisdiction, and who looks at the larger cycle. Guarantee of supply, is all important. Hedging against geopolitical turmoil.
eg. Pity the fool who thinks that Australia will be able to contribute anything if when there is a ring of steel around it. Or the price shock that comes from just a small inbalance of supply when demand is growing.
