LOL such is the comical restrictions Quebec presents to its prospective mine developers in the state.
Now the people here will say , oh none of these will apply to WR1 - well it is exactly these myriad of unknowns unknowns that renders Quebec a terrible place to develop anything.
One would never know what sort of restrictions are applied to WR1 until the very end exactly like Arcadium's situation in finding out post their DFS that they would be restricted by the local ducks and moose.
Funny how that was never in their DFS studies - that the road is blocked by local ducks, moose and chickens LMAO
