The fact that quebec allows these comical garbage to stop an entire mining project is enough to tell investors its not a place for business and capital fund allocation.
No one believes wr1 will be profitable at an AISC of usd$750 which invariably will be even higher in reality as nothing ever comes its cheaper there.
In quebec, if its not moose and ducks stopping you its the high cost of operation due to weather, lack of infrastructure, vast distance logistics, long permitting or simply macro and li price risks.
