The 500m saving, IMO is from a grass roots, bare bones green field cost that we might to have spend on a replacement plant, say then 500m+250 say = 750m etc, not one that is as built that cost 1b.

The 1B came with an air port, gas power plant, oversize accommodation. It is an excess of riches.
The implication that i have reasoned then, is that we may have only requirement of say 750m etc, for the green field Adina only option. That is my speculation. The PEA comparison will provide some clarity. Perhaps they were going for a hyro power at adina. ? we will see.

500m is not peanuts. It is half a billion dollars.
It is 2 X the cost of LRS capex. And about what PLS just paid for LRS.

The savings of 500m, is an enormous sum of money to save.
It is 500m that does not need to be financed, or diluted to its developer.

And nothing you can whinge for, can erase the fact that we are to inherit, for the messily up front cost of 15m (with 2 later installment payments) a 500m (savings = capex we dont need to spend ) finance book value in our development costing, and an infrastructure that is costed at 1b.

That is fast forward on Capex, Finance and approvals.
A very attractive Apple Pie.
