The independent body determines this.
KB also stated that people were scoffing at PLS (maybe people like Kevvy) when they purchased a processing plant before Lithium 2.0 got underway.
PLS were trading at 12 cents a share at this point in time and reached a high of $5.60 at the top of the Lithium 2.0 cycle.
What will be the trigger of Lithium 3.0?
Only needs a 1 to 3% demand / supply imbalance. How fine is that?
