- high cost electricity and wages, FIFO workers.
- multiple aboriginal heritage claims of an intangible nature. (a sacred knoll of dirt etc) that can be fraudulently hacked by environmentalists.

Consider Canada and specifically Renard / Adina
- an 80km road to build out
- plenty of water access
- potential cheap hydro, but immediate access to own gas fired power plant
- Low risk approvals and advanced build state.
- Geopolitical safe and longevity of EV uni party.
- Indigenous Cree support and for jobs to return to Renard.
- Government as a shareholder if Renard option with scrip.

All in all, a bit cold for Kev, but geopolitically the safe option, for longevity.
