Those with credible assets will always attract money flow.
eg. WC8, A11, PMT etc
But the question is, which among them have the best longevity, and low risk runway to develop?
Canadian wilderness is a thing to be a benefit to us, as low density populations, less chance of protests against development, and a positive if we add to the infrastructure map.
jurisdiction + low risk approvals, and low capex. = One of the most financial projects out there.
