They told porkies I reckon. They never needed the cash to "aggressively fast-track exploration activities at the Cancet and Adina projects" and supposedly "to continue the exploration work at Cancet and Adina without delay". How come we've still only got 1 RC rig at Cancet and only 1 DD rig at Adina? And even then, we have no idea if they're even still spinning! What ever happened to the so-called 'fast-tracking' and 'without delay' lol?
