What some of the others have failed to mention in their research comparison is:
1. CY5 will own 7% of Stria when all cash payments are made anyway.
2. The new land they pegged, just 12km (spanning 40km mind you) near Criticals' Rose mine.
3. This point is likely the most important- Management have a clear edge here in past performance. You cant beat this factor when it comes to JV, dealings with big conglomerates if theres any negotiating to be done and ensuring the resource comes to production quickly.
So comparing apples to apples is fine but make sure you look deeper (and without rose coloured glasses on) as technicals always lead fundamentals.
