Now seems you are interested in what I do I suggest you work hard during your life and invest wisely. Don't worry what the other fella is doing and may be able to retire like I did at 55 and become a SFR that owns 3 properties in the inner suburbs which I don't rely on income from any of em. So hope you can understand when I say 200k is no big deal.
