The lake issue is real. Sure its not impossible to overcome, but it's an extra obstacle that WR1 does not face.
Canadians are hard on environmental issues.
Point is WR1 can do 4x before reaching PMT's market cap with less environmental risk, and the recent drill hole results are very promising. Very thick hits with every hole.
This is going to be a monster.
