In addition, the money would've been better spent in buying out (or optioning) X-Terra and Midland which hold the land to the immediate East of Jamar. If you recall at the time of the Jamar discovery, I was flagging this very point (that WR1 should acquire all the prospective ground around Jamar), yet everyone was attacking me.
