So out of a traded volume of 171,000,000 they only accumulated/retained 689,0000 in stock and made a loss of $520k to boot.
Good question why are they doing this, its clear manipulation to suppress the price, they seem to be trying everything they can to keep the price under control, however they didn't actually accumulate much so aren't exactly buying up at this stage.
Were they helping another party to accumulate?
