Of course they could have done the CR after the assays were released and with the SP perhaps sitting above $3. Logically that would seem to have made more sense to most of us I'm sure. But would the advice they received have been that the uptake wouldn't have been as keen at $3 instead of $2? We all know that the sophisticates like a virtual guarantee of a quick profit.
