That's a good point, I suppose. If the SP dropped for whatever reason and a heap of new holders were under water it would have put a lot of negative pressure on the SP going forward. No doubt Canaccord had a large hand in determining timing and price. I also think the assays could be released once the sophs have their shares. I don't think they'll worry about the SPPs.
