That sounds realistic given the machinations around PMET. WR1 needs to get to around 100Mt first and I can't see any maiden Jamar MRE until around Christmas at the earliest. Hopefully the new Chairman gets them organised and they can speed things up because thus far it's been a comedy of delays, stuff-ups, excessive spending without much to show for it, not to mention the illogical strategy (like buying a stake in PWM which is geographically far removed from Jamar instead of acquiring other land around Jamar).
