Yeah but you can't really compare complex builds like Rose or James Bay to a low impact, incremental/modular DMS-only operation like they're planning for Cancet.
There are signs also the Quebec & Canadian govts are becoming more supportive of the industry ("because saving the planet" etc)
Of course, I'm not denying there could be delays.
