its either been an orchestrated fall in the share price to discourage retail taking up the SPP ( so the funds/instos can mop up the shortfall via a placement or its been distress selling by an entity to raise cash or to cover other losses. A normal seller ( if I can use that term) could just sit under $2 for a few days and get bought out without the need to sell down to mid 1.80's . If the latter just gotta wait till they run out of ammo.
