Almost every morning we have a fake buy order of 30,000 or so at the top of the board which gets withdrawn before 10am. Obviously it's designed to draw one or two sellers into thinking they'll get a couple of cents more than they actually do when trading commences, but it's all growing pretty tiresome. If only we could have a marketplace where every participant was genuine and transparent, and where every transaction, no matter how small, incurred brokerage, in order to discourage bots. But of course, where money's involved there'll always be graft, hustle and manipulation - not to mention downright corruption. Oh well, just another day in the madhouse - hopefully a positive one for us.
