for anyone who hasn't seen it yet, here's Jim Cramer explaining how hedge funds use "research" and rumours in tandem with price manipulation.
It's not 'conspiracy ideation' to say Goldman Sachs is doing the same when the former hedge fund host of "Mad Money" on CNBC says it might be illegal but "the SEC doesn't understand it" - they are definitely doing it, lol.
The junior analyst is the just 'fall guy'. She'll be rewarded for loyalty some time in the future.
