float almost certainly won't be "required" at Adina but if the recoveries are low for DMS-only they might build one to extract maximum value. Signs are that CE has the good sense to understand starting with float could mean capex is too high, has mentioned the option of stacking tailings and middlings for future processing through (self-funded) float circuit.
tbh though I would be happy with 65% recovery from DMS-only at Adina but I expect that is somewhat pessimistic. I'll try to do a hypothetical model of capex vs recovery vs IRR in due course. Imo lower recoveries and DMS-only is always the better choice.
