Yes, that big buy order has changed the complexion by giving other buyers the confidence to purchase up with less fear that S/T traders will undermine them five minutes later. It's good to see that the order has been ratcheted up a couple of cents, too. It also illustrates how difficult it can be to buy or sell a large quantity at the desired price on a day without market sensitive news. In fact it's quite rare to see anyone trying. They usually break their orders into smaller parcels to disguise their activity.
