If it's to do with plans by a govt agency to build the road I doubt they'd make a specific announcement out of that, though I'm sure it'd get a mention in a general company update announcement at some point. Let's hope it is that. Whilst it wouldn't be likely to put an instant rocket under the SP it would at least help to show that this project will be a definite goer and therefore encourage new serious investors to come aboard.
