Agree mate - they are 99.9% on Renard is my read.
They wouldn't spend money on the option up front and then DD on Renard if it wasn't a no brainer to them.
They have done enough work in the background to know that it works, and works pretty damn well.
I think they constructing what they need as soon as the prerequisites are met.
I don't include the PFS as a prereq.
