Just pounting out youre over exagerating when this will be mined and the timeline- which iriginally i said 2027 but now im expecting 2026 .You don't look at an option to purchase a plant without the intent to mine. So lets say they take the option and repurpose it, plus roads and continual resource upgrades, id say 2 years max!
