WR1 - Pros & Cons

Hi all, just wanted to start a new thread with the pros & cons of WR1 as the discussion one is getting huge. This will be a great reference for current and future holders and we can add to this thread as new info is released throughout the year. These are what came to mind and I’m sure there are plenty more pros and cons and more detailed responses that can be added. DYOR

Pros:

- Cancet target – 15 to 25Mt @ 1-2% Li20

- Adina looking like 40Mt to 100Mt @ 1-1.5% Li20

- Adina drilling recently expanded from 5,000m to 20,000m

- DSO opportunity whilst DMS plant is built

- SC6 vs majority of peers producing 5.5

- Low capex & opex due to location, hydro power, shallow deposit etc.

- Experienced Management team with proven Lithium track record

- Tier 1 jurisdiction, great governmental support and flow through funding options.

- MRE this year (CE mentioned we could do it mid-year but will likely hold off until late 2023)

- Currently 3 drills at Adina and 2 at Cancet

- Environmental to be completed mid 2025

- Aiming to produce in 2026

- Cancet next to the Trans-Taiga Highway, Quebec government looking to build a new road that will give Adina access to the highway.

- Potential at Sirmac-Clappier, Decelles & Mazarac

- Purchase of Cargair

- 10% ownership PWM with 100% offtakes for Lithium, Cesium & Tantalum

- Low MC vs peers, low SOI

- $60 mil+ in cash

- Plenty of drill results to be released in the coming months

Cons:

- Assay wait times

- High drilling costs using heli rigs

- Northern Canadian weather
