If they don't have any problem at all wouldn't you have to pay like 90c? But the problems with financials and dilution are way over exaggerated - to me that reads OPPORTUNITY. That's what I like about this stock.
The last stock that I put all my nest eggs in had something like 385% debt/equity. But they're the leading player in their field with the best products that the market need. They went on an acquisition spree which was probably to ambitious and they become bloated. But at the end of the day, they learnt their lesson and made appropriate changes. And since they're the leading player in their field with great products the banks were more than happy to nurse them back to health. Brokers are now bullish on that stock.
