It presented a great buying opportunity for many, I spoke with PGM today, they didn't feel like much had fundamentally changed. They are looking out for shareholders interests. I personally didn't buy any, I probably wont buy for a few more days until the dust settles a bit. This morning was major overreaction considering PGM are the ones that filed the claim, so we have potential upside here. I don't think Brian Moller who works as an M&A lawyers would be submitting documents if there was no case. I am hoping the MM results will be released soon, I also hope that there will be some amicable negotiations quite quickly. ARV simply cant afford to have this hanging over them with their expensive drilling campaign in the Patersons coming up.
