Equally, Platina would have known about the agreement between Arv and Empire for four months, but announced nothing and agreed to a drilling round before launching this action. It's Platina that failed to issue any warnings about this claim and so are to blame for the false market in Empire stock. As it happens Empire's shares went up last week until the drop on Friday. Even then there was no news or warnings in any rns about pending action.
