Bad deal to give MM away to ARV for peanuts back then.
ARV should have offered first option of any transferral to PGM
I remember that was in the dealing more or less
If they haven't satisfactorily, then PGM have a case.
Naturally I prefer PGM win this case
I doubt PGM would be making this move without the blessing and guidance of its major shareholders.
