UPDATE to assist shareholders
The Directions Hearing took place today in the Perth Supreme Court.
The lawyer representing Tay and Oh went all sort of visible colors when the judge was shown a letter confirming that one of the present Directors requested ( a day after the EGM ) that his then lawyers destroy the proxy evidence.
Tay and Oh's Lawyer today,( who also acted for Golden West Resources vs Portman ) also blushed, when the court heard that he had in fact presented the same central argument as the plaintiff in this case ( the shareholder who issued the writ ). The Judge in the Golden West case held that the proxies were invalid for the same reasons as is being proferred in this case. Now trying to argue the other way round, he appeared very uncomfortable to say the least.
The judge said he wants the case to proceed expeditiously
and set next Wednesday as the next hearing
Those who are watching the stock will have seen that someone continues to cross small parcels of shares to reduce the price. Just keep buying !!
Don't fall for the downrampers like... they just want to buy back the stock they scared you into selling at at cheaper levels
