Another Directions Hearing was held today in the Perth Supreme Court
Tay and Oh have been given till May 16 to present their defence.
Tay arrived unannounced in China last week at the doorstep of the owner of Xinghua, DMA's biggest shareholders.
Despite begging, Tay was not given an audience. The reason, Xinghua is not at all impressed with the active removal of Carson ( by Tay and Oh )who they saw and still see as the foundation of the company and its future.
It seems that Tay handles sensitive business relationships in a very unusual way.
BEFORE travelling to China hoping to see Xinghua, the special section describing Xinghua on the DMA website, was deleted !
