I only measured changes related to listed Property Trusts so excluded any crossholdings or other write downs.
Issue of undistributed distributions interesting. Your figures based on total assets movements in the last 6 months. Happy to accept those figures. Given both funds have section for cash & other assets (DPFI showed $52.8m 31/12/2007), (DPF showed $38.7m 31/12/2007).
Can't see you figure of $170 million withheld being used to offset write down.
Your figures based on total changes in assets over 6 month period, happy with this approach.
Not sure on percentage change in holdings in Funds but I believe we are both drawing the same general conclusion on the fact there will be huge write downs in next Thursday Report & only based on information up till 31/12/2007.
