    Replace Steve Graves and the stock will recover ... the guy is simply an over paid 'one-hit' wonder and nothing else ... with only a small shareholding in the company it shows how little faith he has in the company anyway so better to get rid of him and get someone who REALLY wants to turn the company around instead of just talking about it!
