The Chinese are losing money hand over fist with this dog. The only way it will ever work ( maybe ) is if they build the second stage as its fixed costs are just to high for the size of production at present.
if it is profitable in 15 years, it will be due to the chinese stumping up another few billion to build stage 2 and fund operating losses before it gets there. GBG dont have it.
