A while back I asked people to write to ASIC about enforcing obvious breaches in the Corporations Act from the new MST team. Those that wrote became part of a consultation process about critical stuff like financial accounts missing for two years.
Meanwhile, the NSW Supreme Court resolved a legal standoff in MST's future. In June 2014 Justice Black handed down a 90 page judgement, and then last week 23 July the Court put out some final Orders to give effect to his judgements.
Being in the loop, I received a copy of those final Orders from ASIC yesterday.
You can be in the loop too, by writing fresh to ASIC now. Perhaps you think the final washup needs to see some heads roll over those blatant breaches of the Corporations Act? If so you must get in the loop and strongly let them know your views - NOW while the Supreme Court Orders are fresh! Thanks guys.
