LOL, no harm in being suspicious and I'm sure there are already one or two frontrunners for a deal. Just don't see them jumping into a deal within next few weeks.

Not a huge fan of CR's in companies flush with cash and share price will probably take a short term hit as the 10% dilution is factored in. However, NST management is v. ambitious and strategically, what better time to raise money than when sp is at an all time high?

In light of sp hitting $1.13 last week, 90c may seem a great deal for new investors, but if you'd asked me 6 months ago whether NST could raise @$45Million at 90c/share I would have said you were crazy.

Question is, how much value can Bill B. add for shareholders by putting this new capital to work?

He's proven to be a shrewd operator so far and performed brilliantly for existing shareholders. I'm sure new shareholders are looking for similar treatment.....
