Don't get me wrong, I know how the leak was sprung and yes - the info can't be traded on until the stock opens however, from a nit-picking perspective, if someone were to get the heads-up they could use the info to give themselves a beneficial/preferential position in the queue.
Anyway, I'm not bothered as it appears to be one of the unusual cases of the price driving higher after the annoucement of a CR. The buy orders could be pulled and the crazy seller of 50,000 shares (who keeps moving his order up and down) could pull the order as well, giving us a fairly unpredictable outcome. Either way, I really don;t see the price hitting 90c or below. Uusually when a coy approaches a CR there's a sell-off by the insiders, whereas we expirienced a surge in buying. The transaction could be a stellar one.
