Doesn't the capacity of POS's nickel plant (1-1.5Mtpa from memory) put a limit on the potential valuation for KDR? If they were to increase the capacity, this would significantly increase required CAPEX and reduce the benefit of the existing plant, that is if it is even possible to expand the capacity?

Also, POS is going to want to take a decent cut for producing the concentrate which will reduce the net profits for KDR.

Not down ramping here, just sharing some thoughts I've had whilst deliberating whether or not to invest in KDR which I think should do very well with the monster resource they appear to be uncovering, assuming that all of the other stars come into alignment, as with any other commodity developer.
