Its interesting how this reccomendation comes out at a time when nothing appears to be happening other than a highly dilutive cr and note conversion. Are these reccomendations truly indipendent and accurate or is it just paid PR. Just dont see jow a truly indipendant analyst could look at pyc over the ladt year and reccomend a buy. Hopefully they know something the rest of us dont.
