    Why would you think that ? Glencore ann holding ~6.5% in March - I understood that if they dropped below 5% we would have seen a revised substantial holder notice.
    Considering they are engaged on the XSTRATA merger/Take Over - I doubt they think v much about little mini YTC lately.
