yeah it is a pretty good platform and you can delinieate Paid and Free content, plus the meta data you get about those who subscribe and interact is pretty rich and auto populates into email lists for MailChimp like mailouts.

People subscribe to your channel as either a free subscriber (limited to free content) or a paid subscriber for paid content

one other feature is you can message other members, wouldn't that get interesting though ???. But trying to be a little less cynical, maybe you'd message someone simply because they posted some really good content and you're keen to ask them a specific question.
