Q. Vacancy rate BJT.

A. Response from ( Investor relations phone:(02) 9229 1800) indicated 4%
earlier this year but likely to increase FY09 re GFC. ( specific amt withheld ).
Mngm asked for patience for Aug ANN.
I said would it be as high as 20% and "defininetly not " was the answer.
( just trying to pre-emt a reaction to get a feel for the real vacancy rate)

The interesting thing is a 2c tax deffered credit will be added to your last div in Aug.
Some one can do the math as it depends how long you have been holding.
