    I just phoned AXO 30 minutes ago and had a long chat.

    The have discussed 70% debt financing. If equity was raised at $1.15, for 3Mtp, this would require the issuing of 60M more shares.

    AXO. Currently 110M shares on issue. $105M in the bank.

    AXO Capex is $320M. Needs $230M more. At 70% debt, that is conservatively 60M more shares to issue.

    Possibly 170M shares on issue for 3M tpa.
