    The writing is on the wall for this Co.

    IMO...The Co should have had all these issues "fully" and I mean fully tied up well before buying into this project.

    I wonder what was said by the vendors in initial purchase discussions when the Co bought in.......maybe the Co has some disclosure grounds to possibly follow up in due time.
